Hello. Just joined the forum and am still learning my Clarity features. What is the difference between the Road Departure Mitigation System and the Lane Keep Assist System functions? Based on Honda’s videos, they seem to perform the same function.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum and Clarity community. In this link, http://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/OM/AH/ATRW1818OM/enu/ATRW1818OM.PDF you can find on page 396 and beyond, instructions for all of the safety systems that can be activated/used while operating the car. When changing from one manufacturer to another, the operation of these almost always changes so if you're new to these in the Honda lineup, then you should take the time to read these pages thoroughly and probably more than once. And should try them out on the highway during low traffic conditions until they are natural for you to operate.

If you have not gone to this site Honda Owners Site | Tips, Tools & Benefits for Honda Owners yet, then please do. There you can register your car for Honda to notify you for such things as a recall for instance. Also all of the different manuals and many videos are available there re: operation of the cars features.

Glad you found you way here, lots of good people and hints available.

From the Manual:

Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS)
Provides steering input to help keep the vehicle in the middle of a detected lane and visual and tactile alerts if the vehicle is detected drifting out of its lane while driving between 45–90 mph (72–145 km/h).

Road Departure Mitigation (RDM)
Alerts and helps to assist you if the system determines a possibility of your vehicle unintentionally crossing over detected lane markings while driving between 45–90 mph (72–145 km/h).

This makes it seem like very similar technologies.
