I've been having this issue since new. If I remote condition the vehicle interior using the App, when I get in the car and start it, the Sirius XM radio doesn't work. I can use the radio, but the satellite radio is inoperative until the next time I drive the car. I didn't know about holding the power button to do a hard reboot. It's obviously a software glitch and Honda needs to fix this issue. If someone has a resolution, if greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Nick

The solution to this problem is to wait for the dashboard graphic to finish the little Honda display before you start the car.

Another workaround (provided by my Honda dealer) is to push the climate button on the key fob to turn off the climate pre-conditioning before you unlock and open the door to get in. Honda apparently knows about the issue but as of yet has not prioritized it for a software fix.
