Hello all! We just got our Clarity on 10/30 and are absolutely in love with it. I've already gone through most of this forum looking for tips and tricks to make the most of our new PHEV.

Has anybody spent time accessorizing it? I'm interested in Amazon-available versions of some of the dealer-offered accessories. We already got our Level 2 charger off Amazon but I'm having a hard time finding things like a cargo mat, floor mats, door guards, etc. I had no problem accessorizing our Pilot off Amazon when I found the dealer prices too steep (cross bars, tow hitch, running boards, splash guards, mats, etc.), but I'm having a hard time finding things that fit the Clarity. Any suggestions or links would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the Clarity. There are definitely some cargo mats and the like on Amazon, but many are brands that I've never heard of prior. You can check out this laser cut set from TuxMat. Weathertech offers a cargo/trunk mat.

Welcome to the forum. College Hills Honda gave me a good price on color-matched door guards, trunk mat, and cargo net. Honda's trunk lip guard is a rip-off anywhere, but I would recommend some kind of protection there.

I did get the Honda all weather mats. They were pricey but the have side walls like the WeatherTech would. Here n the northeast you can easily drench your carpets just moving the car of the driveway for the snow plow. I figured I could buy a cargo mat cheaper elsewhere but I haven't yet. Usually I just buy the heavier universal mats, last time I got them at KMart, and trace the carpeted mat on the driver's mat to cut it to fit, and use the other 3 as they are. I love having a new car an the Clarity will probably one of the nicest I'll ever own so I didn't mind "splurging". ($155, as opposed to my '14 Focus were $75) This will be the only extra I'll buy. The rest of the car will do nicely just as it is.

Thanks for all the responses! I had seen those TuxMat mats but they are even more expensive than the dealership ones. I found some other mats for $66 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HDY2J5D/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A2XGMZZ44AS555&psc=1 but they are like astroturf grass so I haven't pulled the trigger yet. Ours is a lease so I need to do something fast in case we don't keep it (we're keeping it, my wife just doesn't know yet!)

I tried generic mats and seat covers from Walmart but they were different enough that cutting them still wouldn't be close to the coverage I was looking for. Still looking for a trunk mat, will probably go universal and cut it like suggested above.

Any other mods out there that people have tried? We're 9 days in and still loving it!
