Hey Everyone, I've just purchased a used 2018 Clarity PHEV, and am super stoked to get it later next week. I'm just wondering if anyone can confirm for me if rustproofing is a good idea on these cars or not? I live in Ontario, Canada, and we have quite a bit of salt on our roads in the winter, but have read that Clarity's are pretty rustproof already.
Thoughts?

Search the posts here. A guy from Buffalo needs new rotors after less than 40k miles. Of course rotors can’t exactly be rust proofed.

Living in a snow / salt environment, I would put thru an undercarriage car wash frequently.

Although new cars these days don't suffer from the rusting of yesteryear cars - their anti corrosion process is rather amazing.
