Level 1 charge question

Just purchased a 2018 base model. I like it so far. I'm wondering if there are any tricks to charge just a bit faster with the level 1 charger that came with the vehicle. I do not have room in my electrical panel for 220v breaker. I would have bought a full EV but my electrical panel is old on my house and don't expect to be here long so I don't want to pay to upgrade panel. I do not have anything that runs 220V in the house (dryer etc).

The OEM EVSE runs at around 11-12 amp. You can purchase a 16 amp level 1 EVSE that should charge approximately 30% faster than the OEM. They cost around $150 which may not be worth it for what you gain.
I forgot to mention that you need a 20 amp circuit to safely run a 16 amp EVSE. If the circuit is 15 amp then you need to stay with the OEM EVSE.
30% would make a huge difference. Thanks
The Honda supplied L1 charger is in my trunk for travels & charging away from home - it is slower...

At home I use a L1/L2 auto adjust EVSE by Duosida.

It charges about 25% faster than the Honda charger at 120V (L1).

When I move to my new house, I will be wiring in a 240V outlet and it will charge in 2-3 hours.

I am looking for just a little boost..I work 10 hour shifts with an about 45 minute commute each way. so I really only get to plug it in for 10 hours. If I could charge to full in approximately 10 to 11 hours that would be great.
Thanks for the suggestions. I ended up ordering this charger. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08HHBDQ88/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It is exactly what I was looking for. I am getting about 5.1 miles per hour of charge. I think the honda level 1 was giving me about 3 miles per charging hour.

Just make sure that it's the only load on a dedicated 20A circuit.
When I added my level 2 charger wiring I had no space in my box, so I used 2 tandem 110v 15A breakers to free up an extra slot for a 220v 34A breaker. Of course I had to run new wire but it did allow me to cut my charging time to 2 hours.
