Clarity's onboard charger only works with AC. Fast charging systems like CHAdeMO, CCS and the Tesla Superchargers use DC.

You can however use Tesla AC charging stations, like those found at Destination stations at hotels and other places, but the adapter costs around $200 and it is still just level 2 charging so it's not really worth it.
The PHEV does not have DCFC, but the BEV does.

If you have the BEV and are looking for a CHAdeMO to CCS adapter, there are currently none on the market. It is technically possible to make one, but cost prohibitive and of limited use as most (all?) new charging being installed is CCS with a token CHAdeMO on many. The only current US offerings that use CHAdeMO are the Nissan LEAF and Mitsubishi Outlander (a PHEV).
