I think we are all experiencing that same thing. We feel like we've won the lottery when we see 100% charge. I'm hoping when the weather warms up we'll start to see 100% again on a regular basis.
The current theory is the car stops charging above 99% and due to rounding (down) you may see 99% or 100%. If you look at your miles in the app it may show 1 mile less than the actual odometer as well.
More likely just a software issue than anything relating to the actual charge state of the battery. The last few percent are the most important in protecting the pack from degradation.
Well I had 99% for a couple days. The past two were 100%. As someone mentioned above... about 1% difference.
Had the best mileage today with temp at a whopping 39 using no heat.
