Hi i have been trying to get my honda link to work it refuses to show the the odometer and shows no state of charge or climate buttons my head unit software version is ver.1.f1A2.45

my question is what is the latest software and firmware for the car and is there any way to check if the cell connection in the car is working?

Call the Honda Link phone support number. They were able to fix a similar issue for me.

This is from a 2019 Clarity PHEV (base). I really dislike how sluggish and slow this crappy interface is.
In the Climate screen, often times the AC light is neither on nor off making you guess what's going on. (I assume it is on.)

Honda Link mostly works for me after 10 second delay and refresh. To turn on the climate control over the app, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Usually takes around 3 minutes to find out whether the command was successful or not.

so here is an update. my telematics unit needed some changes done to it after working with them for over a month things are finally sorted and the app is working reliably.
