Unless you live where you can reliably refuel with Hydrogen, stay away from fuel cell vehicles.
Clarity Fuel Cell has head-up display, which shows mph and turn by turn directions. Although the turn directions only work with the built-in NAV system not Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.Greetings,
I just returned my 2018 Clarity Electric and am considering what the replacement is going to be. I am not in too much of a hurry, and need it by the end of May. One of the options is the 2021 Clarity Fuel Cell lease due to the CVRP. Would there be a noticeable difference between the 2018 that I am used to, and the 2021?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info. That is what I thought, but wanted to check.Clarity Fuel Cell has head-up display, which shows mph and turn by turn directions. Although the turn directions only work with the built-in NAV system not Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.
Other than that the features in Clarity Electric, FCEV and PHEV are virtually identical. And there were no upgrades or changes during the years of production, so nothing different between 2018 and 2021.
Looks like the FCEV has an upgraded sound system also. The Electric and the PHEV have 8 speakers 180 watts, the fuel cell has 12 speakers 540 watts with a subwoofer. Thanks for the info. That is what I thought, but wanted to check.
I think the FC version also has available blind-spot monitoring?Clarity Fuel Cell has head-up display, which shows mph and turn by turn directions. Although the turn directions only work with the built-in NAV system not Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.

Just back-up sensors which is available as an add-on for $548. But back-up sensors were available on the EV and PHEV also.I think the FC version also has available blind-spot monitoring?
